Hearty and delicious combination of eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese, and potatoes in a homemade pastry.
HUEVOS RANCHEROS
Traditional New Mexican flavors of refried beans, cheddar cheese, and eggs served on a tortilla garnished with salsa, sour cream and cilantro.
FRENCH TOAST
Lisa's homemade bread sliced thick and dipped in eggs and cinnamon garnished with pecan shavings and fresh nutmeg served with maple or apple cinnamon syrup.
CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE
Specialty of the House. Thick casserole of eggs, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, and local green chili, garnished with sour cream and salsa.
SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE
My Mother's recipe. Baked medley of sausage, homemade bread, cheddar cheese and eggs made with that special touch.
EGGS FLORENTINE
Individual dish consisting of two eggs baked over a bed of spinach with cheddar cheese sauce. If you like spinach, this is a true Italian delight.
APPLE CAKE
For those of you with a sweet tooth. This is a family favorite. Fresh apples and pecans coated with brown sugar and butter in a pastry.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
On the lighter side. Fresh fruit mixed with lemon yogurt, garnished with granola and served with fresh made muffins or sweet bread.
