Anasazi Soup

2 to 3 lbs of grd. chuck
2 chopped onions
5 to 6 chopped celery sticks
2 cloves of garlic
1 chopped Jalapino pepper

In a large pot add:
1 large cans of stewed tomatos
2 cans of pinto beans
2 cans white corn
1 can of rotel (chopped)
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 envelope ranch salad dressing

Simmer 30 minutes and serve into a bowl over bite sized tortilla chips makes 8 to 10 servings. Can be frozen.
