Canon del Rio is an adobe-style lodging situated on 6 magnificent and restful acres in Jemez Springs, New Mexico. Our guests may freely enjoy the inn's cottonwoods, Pinons, hiking trails, Jemez River and wrap-around mesas. There are many private spots to meditate, read or picnic! Wake up to the sound of our soothing fountain, the river and our enormous, delicious, southwest style breakfast. Refresh and exercise in our new pool, relax in the Jacuzzi and watch the night constellations while breathing clear, clean air.
This award-winning inn has Native American artifacts throughout the common areas and individual guest rooms. The Jemez Trading Company gallery and gardens also feature internationally exhibited local artists.
Our inn has facilities and amenities for almost any seminar, retreat, workshop or gathering that requires space, accommodations and an atmosphere of tranquility and grace. We will be glad to give you an estimate of costs and work with you to facilitate your specific requirements.
Our gourmet breakfasts are served promptly at 9. Please note that coffee is brewed for guests to serve themselves. There is no wait staff, please help yourself to any necessary items that might be missing from the table. Gratuities are appreciated.

We welcome skiers, fishermen and hunters.
The great room features a breakfast area with self serve coffee and tea bar. Our common area seats large groups up to 60, this room also hosts small intimate breakfasts depending on the day. There is a lounge area with large comfy couches and a large screen TV and entertainment system. Feel free to use our DVD's here, or in your room on you own laptop. There is a small kiva fire place to unwind, read a book, have libations and conversation or go on line wire free. While enjoying this room, you will be surrounded by fantastic indigenous arts from different New Mexico pueblos, oil paintings, sculpture and the new-found friendships of fellow guests. No one has failed to be transported by the views of the spectacular mesas nearby and the lulling sounds of the Jemez River.
