Guest Information & Policies Page

  • Room rates: Room rates are valid for up to a double occupancy. There is an $18 per person (12 years or older) per night charge for each additional guest in the room.
  • Children: Children are welcome. If there are more than 2 guests in the room, children 12 years of age or older are charged the standard $18 per night extra. Children under 12 years of age are an additional $10 per night.
  • Check-in Time: Check-in is from 4 - 6 PM. Early or late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out time is by 11 AM. Late Check-out must be arranged in advance.
  • Payment Methods: Cash, personal checks, or travelers checks are the preferred form of payment. However, we also gladly accept VISA & MasterCard.
  • Deposits: No deposit is charged. However, a valid credit card is required to make a confirmed reservation. Charges will only be billed to the account in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Payment for the entire stay is made at checkout.
  • Cancellations, More than 14 Days in Advance: We understand that sometimes your plans change. If you need to cancel a reservation and it is canceled at least 14 days in advance (not including your scheduled day of arrival), there is no charge.
  • Cancellations, Less than 14 Days in Advance: If your cancellation is made with less than 14 days notice and we are unable to rebook your room, you will be responsible for whatever portion of the reservation could not be rebooked. The 14 day cancellation policy applies to guests arriving later than their scheduled arrival date, as well as, guests that depart prior to their scheduled departure date.
  • Cancellation Gift Certificate: We gladly issue a gift certificate for the amount billed to your credit card for cancelled reservations that could not be rebooked. The gift certificates are completely transferable and they do not expire.
  • Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside.
  • Alcohol: Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted. Alcohol is not provided.
