All rates include our full breakfast, are pre-tax, and are for double occupancy.
Single occupancy is $10 less.
There are minimum stays for weekends and holidays.

Check in Time: 2 - 8pm (May 1 - October 31) ; 2 - 7PM (November 1 - April 30).
Check Out: By 11AM.
Reservations at El Paradero Bed and Breakfast Inn must be secured with a valid credit card. This credit card reserves your room and is security against late cancellation (see policy below). Your card will not be charged until your stay. Larger groups may be requested to pay a portion of their stay in advance.
Children 3 years and older are welcome.
Additional Guests: Not all of our rooms can accommodate more than two guests. If there are more than two of you, please check with our staff about which rooms can comfortably accommodate you. Our quoted rates are for double occupancy and there is a $20 per person, per night surcharge for additional occupants including children.
Smoking: El Paradero Bed and Breakfast Inn is a non-smoking establishment.
There is free wireless internet service available in all rooms.
For your comfort: All rooms have evaporative cooling in summer and heating in winter.
Should you find it necessary to cancel all or a portion of your reservation, you must do so FOURTEEN DAYS in advance to avoid charges.
If a cancellation is made less than FOURTEEN days prior to your intended arrival and your room or rooms are not re-rented, you will be charged the full rate for EACH NIGHT NOT RE-RENTED.
Any night of your cancelled reservation that is rebooked will not be charged.
This also applies to guests who have booked more than one night, arrive and stay less than the number of days they have reserved.
There are no exceptions, so please be certain you need the rooms you ask us to hold for you.
The cancellation period for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Indian Market, and groups of 3 rooms or more is 30 DAYS.
