Spring Rates: February 1 - April 30
Summer Rates: May 1 - October 31, and during the Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's holidays
Thanksgiving holiday rates apply from November 26th through November 30th
Christmas/New Year's holiday rates apply from December 19th through January 4th

*The Olive Tree Room*	Two large historic windows frame the old Olive Tree just outside this fully handicap accessible room with a king bed and handcarved corbels and beams. The Ecuadorian limestone tiled bath has a large walk-in shower. This room can be joined to the Territorial Suite.	Winter: $135 Spring: $145 Summer/Fall: $165
*The Colorado Room*	With French doors opening onto its own patio over looking the garden, this Western style room has a queen bed, sitting area and full bath. Home on the range!	Winter: $135 Spring: $145 Summer/Fall: $165
*The Aspen Suite*	This cozy one bedroom suite has a living room that enjoys garden views through the Aspen trees. The bedroom has a king bed and window seat. There is a kitchenette and private bath.	Winter: $145 Spring: $165 Summer/Fall: $195
*The Fountain Casita*	This sunny suite is named for the garden fountain viewed from the Casita's living room with French doors, saltillo tiled floors and a gas fireplace. The bedroom has a king bed, the bath has a tub with shower and there is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a long restful stay.	Winter: $175 Spring: $185 Summer/Fall: $205

Policies

For single guests subtract $20 per night, for each additional guest over double occupancy, add $20 per night.
Summer rates apply to all holidays and special events.
A 10% discount is offered for stays of 5 days or longer, holidays and special events excluded.
Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to arrival, subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
Cancellation made within 14 days is handled by a rain check good for one year from the cancellation date.
No pets or smoking please.
Rates are seasonal and based on double occupancy with a two night minimum stay.
