Guest Rooms/Rates

Dobson House has two spacious (500 square foot) suites, for two, but able to accommodate four. Each suite has separate sleeping and sitting areas, a bathroom with tiled shower, and a self-contained stove for extra warmth on cold winter nights. All-cotton linens, down comforters and pillows pamper our guests. Synthetics are available for those with allergies. Luxurious Guest Rooms

Rates & Policies
  • Two night minimum reservation required
  • $118 plus tax, double occupancy.
  • $140 plus tax, double occupancy (Dec 23 - Jan 1).
  • Each additional person, add $25.
  • A 50% deposit (100% of one night stay) required to confirm a reservation.
  • Payment by check or cash only.
  • Three night minimum for Christmas season.
  • Deposits refunded less a $25 handling charge (per room), for cancellation received
  • 14 days prior to reservation (thirty days for all holidays).
  • Dietary needs or requests are met whenever possible.
  • Smoke-free environment.
  • Children over 14 welcomed.
  • No pets please, but you may enjoy ours.
  • We are open year round.
