Guest Rooms/Rates

Each of the four rooms has a private bath with large tiled vanity, a coffee maker, telephone and a CD player. Each room has its own heating/cooling unit. There are also ceiling fans in each room. There is a large common living room area just outside the interior door of Tortugas, where guests can read something from our library, play chess, darts or a multitude of other games. Each room also has a private patio and entrance, so guests can come and go at their leisure. Business travelers enjoy the peaceful alternative to hotel chains, for working late or relaxing after a hard day's work. High speed wireless internet access is available for keeping in touch with the world of business or pleasure.

Pajaritos

Located in the guesthouse, this room has a futon which converts to double bed in addition to the queen size bed. The rug ceiling provides a warm and cozy atmosphere. The room provides the best location for watching all the birds in the area. $100/double.

Oso

Located in the guesthouse, El Oso (Bear) is a large room featuring antique and rustic furnishings. It has a large, protected patio, and is one of our "pet rooms". The brick floors and wooden ceilings provide a sense of staying in a very old-world setting. $100/double.

Tortugas

Las Tortugas, located in the main house with a west-facing patio, is great for watching sunsets. It is decorated in Southwestern colors and features antique furniture. There is a desk for paperwork, and the sound of the fountain from the main courtyard can be heard from both the patio and the room. The room is another pet friendly place. Tortugas has a CD player and a TV. $100/double.

The Kokopelli Suite is a spacious room featuring a rustic Southwestern style. This room is located in the main house and has a large patio. The Kokopelli Suite is the largest room in the Inn with a king bed and extra sitting room with a single bed. It is a great room for families and those liking a little extra space. $115/double.

Guest Information
  • Rates reflect double occupancy - inclusive of a full cooked breakfast.
  • There is a $10/person fee for additional guests.
  • Business and military discounts are available, as well as discounts for stays of 4 days and over.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us 10 days in advance and your deposit will be refunded, less a $15 processing fee.
  • If you need to cancel or shorten your stay with less than 10 days notice, please understand that you will be held responsible for your entire reservation cost.
  • You will be given a gift certificate for the unused portion of your stay, which can be used (subject to availability), within four (4) months of your canceled reservation.
  • All rooms and common areas are non-smoking, but the outdoor courtyards and patios do have smoking facilities. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for anyone smoking in the rooms.
  • Check-in: 3:30PM; Check-out: 11 AM.
