Casa de Sueños sits on a high mesa overlooking the Rio Grande River Valley. Three sets of mountain ranges - in New Mexico, Texas and Mexico are visible from the expansive guest patio. The nighttime views of twinkling city lights and the view of the Milky Way Galaxy are memorable.

Relax on our back porch, where you'll have a wonderful view of the Franklin Mountains. At times, breakfast may be served here, but usually it's in the Kiva. You'll see vast desert vistas, hummingbirds (in season), and on a clear night, a view of the Milky Way that is absolutely breathtaking! The Back Porch leads to most of the guest rooms and the Kiva and Courtyard.

Casa de Sueños is a perfect spot for a retreat or seminar. Overnight accommodations are available for 11 people maximum based on multiple occupancy per room. Day functions can accommodate 30 people for indoor meetings/gatherings and 50 for outside patio gatherings. All day functions require that at least one room be rented to assure restroom and meal availability. Two or three break-out rooms are available for meetings.

• There is a $10/person fee for additional guests.
• Business and military discounts are available, as well as discounts for stays of 4 days and over.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us 10 days in advance and your deposit will be refunded, less a $15 processing fee.
• If you need to cancel or shorten your stay with less than 10 days notice, please understand that you will be held responsible for your entire reservation cost.
• You will be given a gift certificate for the unused portion of your stay, which can be used (subject to availability), within four (4) months of your canceled reservation.
• All rooms and common areas are non-smoking, but the outdoor courtyards and patios do have smoking facilities. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for anyone smoking in the rooms.
