  • Reservations are confirmed with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Payment is due at check-out. Personal checks and cash are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Balloon Fiesta requires a deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy: with less than 14 days notice, guests are responsible for the entire amount of the stay, less any nights that can be re-booked. Balloon Fiesta requires a 45 day cancellation notice.

  • We are a non-smoking B&B.
