High Season Wedding - $7800 - includes all 10 rooms for three nights. The Mansion is closed to everyone except your guests.
Value Season - $5500 - includes all ten rooms for two nights. The Mansion is closed to everyone except your guests.

To reduce the package cost to the Bride and Groom, we can charge the regular room rates to the wedding guests staying at the Mansion and apply this money towards the package cost. For a High Season wedding, if guests paid for all ten rooms, the package cost to the Bride and Groom would be $2175. For a Value Season wedding, if guests paid for all ten rooms, the package cost to the Bride and Groom would be $2200.

Afternoon tea is included
Use of the back yard for reception at no additional charge. Tent is not included but the yard can accommodate a large tent.
Use of indoor, heated pool for guests housed in the Inn
Use of complete kitchen for caterer
