• Cancellation Policy
  • If a reservation is cancelled 15 or more days before the scheduled arrival date, a credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • If a reservation is cancelled 14 days to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is rebooked in its entirety. The $50 cancellation fee will apply if the room is rebooked.
  • If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date (2:00PM), the booked stay will be charged in full.
  • Early departures will be charged for the entire stay.
  • There is a $50 fee to reschedule a reservation.
  • One Night reservations require payment in full and are non-refundable.
  • We attempt to accommodate all of our guests’ needs and requests, but we are simply unable to allow exceptions to the cancellation policies – even for emergencies (no matter how legitimate) or inclement weather. We are a small business that depends on reservation revenue to maintain and run the Mansion.
• Rates are based on double occupancy.
• Two-night minimum on weekends. One night stays will be accepted based on availability at the one night rate.
• We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations of two nights or more.
• Full payment applies as deposit requirement for a one-night reservation. For a two-night reservation, one night deposit is required.
• If your deposit is not received within one week of your reservation request, the room is no longer guaranteed.
• Third guest in room - $40 additional per night.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Check-in time is 1 - 3 p.m. Advanced notice required if check in is after 5 PM.
• Check-out time is 11 AM.
• Weekly rates available upon request.
• No Pets allowed.
• Due to the indoor pool and subsequent liability, no child below the age of 12 is allowed.
• Smoking is permitted only on the front porch and around the pool.
