• Rates are per night, double occupancy. Third guest in room: $40 additional.
• Rates do not include 6% New Jersey sales tax or 5% room tax.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• 10% weekly discounts available.
• Two-night minimum on weekends April thru June and September thru October.
• One night stays accepted based on availability.
• 50% deposit required, balance due at check-in.
• We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
• If you cancel more then 21 days before your arrival, we will refund your money minus
  $20 fee. If you call us within 21 days of your arrival and your reservation is subsequently
  filled in its entirety, you will receive a full refund minus $20 fee. If your reservation
  cannot be filled, you will be issued a gift certificate valid for one year for the amount of
  your deposit. Any cancellation within 48 hours will not be refunded.
• Check-in: 2:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed.
• Due to the indoor pool and subsequent liability, no child below 16 allowed.
• Smoking permitted only on front porch and around the pool.
