Policies
  • Minimum Stays Required on weekends and special events.
  • $99 to $230 Based On Season Double Occupancy per night.
  • Guest Pantry with coffee, tea, hot chocolate
  • Including full breakfast, afternoon tea and treats.
  • All guest rooms have private baths
  • A 50% deposit is required for confirmed reservations, balance due at check-in, payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or check.
  • A 14 day notice must received for cancellation of your reservation and your deposit will be non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent the entire length of your reservation, in which case there will be a $20 reprocessing fee.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Smoking is limited to our Veranda area only.
  • Smoking in guest rooms is not permitted by New Jersey State Law.
  • Hot and cold outside shower with dressing room and bicycles are also available.
  • Sorry, no pets please.
  • Gift Certificates are available.
  • Check in time: 2 to 8 p.m. (Sorry, we cannot accept check-ins after 8 p.m. without special pre-arrangement)
  • Check out by: 11 a.m.
