Sergeantsville, New Jersey Bed & Breakfast: We're in another growing season on the farm. We sell the produce from our farmstand, and Steve delivers to restaurants in Delaware Township, Stockton, and Lambertville. We're harvesting tomatoes, basil, peppers, and potatoes. Steve's planted spinach, salad greens, beets, winter squash, and broccoli raab. We planted some fruit trees and bushes this year for harvest in the years ahead: apples, plumbs, peaches, kiwis, grapes, and several kinds of berries--raspberries, blackberries, jostaberries, and blueberries. We'll also have rhubarb next year--Bill makes a mean strawberry-rhubarb fool--and asparagus. We also have big patches of mint and lemon balm for tea, desserts, and lemonade and many kinds of flowers.

Join us at our authentic, 200-year-old farmhouse (with a 1950s-era addition) surrounded by 20 acres of pastures, woods, and organic gardens. During your stay at Silver Maple Organic Farm and Bed & Breakfast, stroll outdoors through our 20 acres of gardens, pastures, and woods. Float in the pool in the summer, soak in the hot tub in winter, and play tennis year-round. Visitors enjoy a delicious country breakfast served in our dining room, which features a Colonial-era table, bench, and jelly cupboard. Guests can relax indoors in our sun-drenched recreation room, complete with cable television and VCR and DVD player. Both our accommodations and our rates are comfortable.

*The Santa Fe Suite* features a king-size bed, a private bath with a shower and a tub, cable TV with, private doorway to the deck and hot tub.	$159/$139*
*The Sergeantsville Room* features a queen-size bed, available with private bath or bathroom shared with the Sand Brook Room. The Sergeantsville and Sand Brook rooms are available in combination as a suite for the same price as either of the other two suites.	$125/$99*
*The Sand Brook Room* features twin beds or a king-size bed available with a private bath or a shared bathroom.	$125/$99*
*The San Diego Room* features a queen-size bed and a private bath.	$125/$99*
*The Shanghai Suite* features a king-size canopy bed and a sofa bed in two separate rooms, private bath and cable TV with a VCR.	$159/$139*
*Friday and Saturday and all holidays/Sunday through Thursday.

Policies:

Rates reflect double occupancy.
Add $20/child and $30/extra adult.
Subtract $20/ single-occupancy rate.
Add $10 per visit for a pet.
Weekend reservations: two-night minimum stay.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
To receive a full refund (minus $20 cancellation fee) reservation must be cancelled 10 days or more before the date of stay.
If canceled less than 10 days, a deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee, will be given only if room is re-rented.
No smoking.
