Rates/Info...
  • Double occupancy rates: $175- $210 for weekdays mid-October to mid-May; $295-$360 for weekends, holidays and summer.
  • Prices include breakfast and our elegant afternoon tea.
  • Many of the rooms have reserved off street parking.
  • The inn is open daily Early April through December 31st; Weekends Only January 1st through the first weekend in April.
  • We request a three-night stay on weekends in season and three to four nights on holidays.
  • Personal check is our preferred method of payment.
  • An advance deposit by personal check will be requested to confirm your reservation.
  • Deposits are non refundable if cancellation occurs within 60 days of scheduled arrival date during summer season, holidays and special events.
  • For the remainder of the year the period is 30 days.
  • If we are able to fill all vacancies in the inn for the period of your stay we will refund deposits less a $35 processing fee.
  • If cancellation occurs outside of the cancellation period refunds will be provided less a $35 processing fee.
  • Check in time is between 2 and 10 p.m. in the Inn and Cottage and check out is 11 a.m.
  • You are welcome to use our beach chairs, and bathing facilities after you have checked out.
  • Young children generally find us tiresome.
  • Smoking is permitted on the veranda only
