the Koo-Koo's Nest in beautiful Ocean City... the Bed & Breakfast with the tropical twist! The Koo-Koo's Nest was built in 1893 and hard core Ocean City loyalists will remember it as the Genevieve Guest House, a long standing Ocean City landmark. We are located in the heart of the Ocean City Historical District and just steps to beach and boardwalk; numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. This means once you've parked in our private parking area you may pack your keys away because you won't be needing them. We believe whole heartedly that a Bed & Breakfast stay should be a relaxing and stress free time, thus service is our trademark. |

After you've checked in and have gotten situated and gone for dinner or just checked out our town you may enjoy a peaceful evening on our wrap around porch with Tabernacle Park views. You can enjoy a soothing hot tub any time of day but we think you'll most enjoy a dip at night, under the stars! The choice is yours. In the morning we will pamper you with Anna's bountiful continental breakfast. You'll also enjoy a variety of coffees and teas that will open your eyes along with cappuccino and espresso (at an extra charge). All of this can be enjoyed out of doors in our garden terrace, seated on our porch with an early morning summer breeze or in our breakfast nook decorated with a tropical flair. |

Each of our rooms and suites have a unique theme. They all include private bath. Our Asian Room has a private detached bath down the hall and is decorated in a "modern deco" Japanese style. Our Rainforest Rooms and Suites have a jungle feel, partly South American, partly Southeast Asian. The Rainforest Suite sleeps four and has two private baths, two televisions with VCR, and two refrigerators. The Caribbean Rooms and Suites take you straight to the tropics. Decorated in many bright tropical colors with skylights (good for counting stars). One room sleeps three with a private bath. The second room sleeps two, also with private bath. The two rooms together make a suite that sleeps five with double of everything. Our Country Suite is decorated in a casual seaside country flare. It sleeps four with a private bath in room and has full amenities. Our Lilac Room (a Koo-Koo's Nest favorite) is a small romantic room for two. Decorated in violet colors with butterflies and flowers, it has a private bathroom and all the extras. Our apartments sleep four to six with full kitchen's that include microwave and coffee maker. |
