The Hunt Room
The Suite
Each guest room is furnished with antiques and fine linens to create a uniquely warm and inviting space. Each room is appointed with all the modern conveniences you would expect from a top-notch Inn, including a queen-sized bed, private bath, high-speed internet access, writing desks, comfortable reading chair and cable TV.
Check in time is after 3 pm. Check in after 10 p.m. is possible by prior arrangement only.
Parking: We have private off-street parking to accommodate all guests.
Departure Time: Check out time is 12 noon.
Minimum Night Stays: We do not require multi-night stays.
Rates are for single or double occupancy, and include our sumptuous, gourmet breakfast.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates also are subject to the 7% NJ State Sales Tax, and a 5% room tax.
A full, gourmet breakfast is included in the rate.
We allow a maximum of 2 people per room.
Children over the age of 14 are welcome. If you are interested in occupying the entire inn, and the children are well behaved, we will be happy to host your gathering.
We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.
We are a non-smoking inn. If you would like to smoke outside or in the garden, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray. Smoking inside the Inn will result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of $250.
We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
A major Credit Card is required to guarantee a reservation.
In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded only if Holly Thorn House Bed & Breakfast Inn is given a minimum of 72 Hours notice prior to 4 pm of the arrival date of the reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours a fee of one night's stay will be assessed. All cancellations, regardless of notice, will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee, per room. There are always exceptions, and we will try to accommodate your needs as best we can.
Group reservations (3 or more rooms) must provide a minimum of 10 days notice.
Guests giving no notice of their intentions to cancel (no shows) will be charged the full amount of their reservation.
Fourteen day notice for cancellation is required before holidays.
If you are reserving the entire Inn for an event there is a 50% deposit required upon reservation and a 30 day cancellation policy. If the reservation is cancelled within the 30 days the 50% will not be refunded.
Weekly, monthly and corporate rates are available upon request.
