The Founders Inn is located at 124 State Street, Glassboro, New Jersey, just a short walk from Rowan University in Gloucester County. The home is rich in history, it was built in 1855 as a private residence for Judge Joseph Iszard and was inhabited by three generations of the Iszard Family. It was converted into a bed and breakfast in 2005, and serves visitors to Rowan University and the Gloucester County vicinity.

The Founders Inn is an elegant and sophisticated, yet comfortable Inn. All guest rooms feature private baths, premium quality queen beds, flat screen television, DVD player, and high-speed Wireless Internet. The Iszard Room First floor room, conforms to ADA specifications for those challenged by steps, private bath with bathtub equipped with grab bars, a seat, and combination hand-held and regular shower head, deluxe queen bed, comfortable sitting chair, TV, DVD.

Policies & Guest Information
  • Check in time is 3 to 9 PM, unless advance notice is arranged.
  • Checkout time is 11 AM.
  • We are a smoke-free B&B. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking inside the Inn. This fee will be charged to your credit card.
  • Each room must be paid at time of reservation in order to secure a reservation.
  • We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • All rooms paid with cash or check must be secured with a credit card.
  • All guests must be 21 or older.
  • Our Inn cannot accommodate children or pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
