Guest Rooms/Rates
All guest rooms have private baths, several with a double whirlpool tub. Most rooms have ceiling fans, all are air-conditioned -- luxuries not enjoyed during olden days. Guest rates for units in the Main House range
from $125-$170 In-Season and $85-$160 Quiet-Season and in the Carriage House
range from $185-$225 In-Season and $150-$210 Quiet Season.
Main House
All guest rooms are individually decorated with antique wood beds; period pieces of oak, walnut, pine and mahogany abound. You will find oriental rugs, old prints and lace to remind you of years gone by. And, of course, there are the "special touches" that include a decanter of sherry, chocolates, fresh flowers, robes and slippers.
The Carriage House suites provide privacy in a more modern seashore setting with wicker and oak furnishings. Both suites have king size beds, double whirlpool tubs, seasonal gas fireplaces, and outside decks. They are both air-conditioned, have ceiling fans, TVs, DVDs, and stereo systems. For all their modern settings, they also provide the "special touches" that include a decanter of sherry, chocolates, fresh flowers, robes, and slippers.
Check In Time is from 2 PM to 9 PM (Check in After 9 PM need special arrangements)
Check Out Time is 11 AM.
Our rooms accommodate two people. We do not encourage children in the Inn for we do not have facilities to entertain young guests.
In accordance with safety regulations smoking is permitted on the veranda and sundeck only; it is not permitted inside the Inn.
Deposits - Refunds - Cancellation
A deposit equal to one night plus tax is required within five days to secure your reservation. For stays longer than three days, a deposit equal to 50% is required with balance due at arrival in cash or travelers checks. VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover, American Express are accepted.
We wish to point out that your deposit applies to your entire stay. Guests are responsible for the entire length of the reservation. Shortened stays will not generate a refund. Management is not responsible for illness or inclement weather. We must be notified if your reservation is to be changed or canceled. We will gladly refund your deposit (less a $25.00 service fee) if notified 15 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations made within two weeks of the arrival date will be charged a minimum of a one night fee, provided we are able to fill the vacancy. No refunds for no shows, cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or cancellation of reservations that were made within 72 hours of arrival. The entire stay will be charged to your account.
