Rates range from spring weekday to summer weekend.
Discounts available all season and vary by dates wanted.
During the summer season, weekends require a three-night stay and certain special weekends, require a four-night stay.
Rates are for one or two persons in a room and do not include applicable taxes.

Check-in time is 1:00-9:00 p.m. Special arrangements may be made for later arrivals.

Reservations
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation of two or more nights. When a one-night reservation is made, full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy:
As a small inn we require commitment to reservations. In the event you must cancel your reservation, shorten your stay or change your dates, your deposit will be returned (less a $25 cancellation fee per room) only if we receive notice a full fifteen days in advance of your arrival date.
Any such change within the fifteen days prior to your arrival date will result in a refund only if we are able to refill your entire booking. No refund can be made within the last 48 hours prior to 1 p.m. on the date of arrival. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, early departures, work conflicts or inclement weather.
