Cozy, informal and private, air conditioned two bedroom cottage with one full bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has one double bed, dresser and a large closet. Cozy living area with color cable television, kitchenette, washer/dryer, and private outdoor deck with table and chairs. Bed linens, towels, beach passes and daily housekeeping are provided. Breakfast is not Included. Maximum occupancy 4 guests. Available mid-May through mid-September.

The Carriage House
Very private, large ground level studio has a queen bed, bathroom with spa shower, kitchenette, sitting area with pullout. Air conditioned with color cable television. Bed linens, towels, beach passes and daily housekeeping are provided. Breakfast is not Included Private patio with table and chairs provides a great escape. Maximum occupancy 3 guest. Available mid-May through mid-September.

The Light House Studio
Spacious studio with private entrance has a queen bed, bathroom with a shower/tub combination and kitchenette. Couch pulls out to a twin bed. Air conditioned with color cable television. Bed linens, towels, beach passes and daily housekeeping are provided. Breakfast is not Included. Maximum occupancy 3 guests. Available mid-May through mid- September.

Policies
Rates are based on Double Occupancy and are subject to an additional 7% NJ Sales Tax and 5% NJ Occupancy Tax.
Three-night minimum for weekend reservations in July, August and most holidays.
Four-night minimum July 4th.
Extra guest in a room which can accommodate is $50 nightly.
We welcome well behaved children over the age of 16.
No Smoking is permitted anywhere on the grounds.
Pets are not allowed, but we invite you to visit with ours.
Check in is 3 - 7 PM; Check out is 11 AM. Other times by prior arrangement only.
A 50 % deposit is required at the time you make your reservation with the balance due at check in.
A refund of deposit less a $50 charge per room will be made if a cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to your reservation date.
Within 30 days, the aforementioned refund policy applies only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation.
Cancellations received within 10 days (30 days for Weekly Rentals) of your arrival date will not be refunded and the entire reservation will be charged to your account.
There are no refunds or changes on one night bookings and gift certificates.
