Cape May, New Jersey (NJ) Bed and Breakfast: The original house, which today includes the dining room, was built circa 1800. The front of the house, a carpenter gothic, circa 1865, was constructed by Joseph Q. Williams, a local builder and the Mayor of Cape May during the terms of 1862, 1868, and 1877. This house at 223 Perry Street was the home where he and his family lived and entertained dignitaries.

  • A three-course breakfast is included.
  • Rate applies to one or two persons per night. Additional person: $30.
  • Rates do not include 6% NJ Sales Tax nor the 7% Room Tax.
  • A deposit equal to the rate of accommodation for 1 night, or 50% of
    the charge if 2 or more nights, required to secure reservation.
  • Visa and MasterCard accepted.
  • Children over 12 welcome. We cannot accommodate your pets.
  • Smoking only on the front veranda.
  • Check-in: 2:00 - 9:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am.
  • Open year round.
  • Deposits refunded less $25 fee up to 11 days before the reservation.
    10 days and less before the reservation, deposits are non-refundable.
