At Ashling Cottage you will find a laid back Victorian-style with all newly decorated rooms. As the inn is just one block from one of the nation's finest beaches and boardwalks, a half block from a beautiful tree-lined Spring Lake, and two and a half blocks from village shops, the accommodations provide superior convenience. You can park your car upon arrival and not use it again until you leave!

All the rooms and the common areas have been totally refurbished and redecorated. The guestrooms feature queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and private baths. Refrigerators are available for keeping your cold beverages.

We host a variety of events:

All B&B guests are treated to a tasty, tantalizing full breakfast served to you in the comfort of a glass enclosed porch - all within view of the ocean and overlooking Spring Lake. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and free use of bikes for touring the area.

Rates and Policies
  • Guestroom rates range from $109 to $295.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time you request the reservation.
  • The deposit will include a 6% NJ Sales Tax and a 7% Room Occupancy Fee.
  • The balance is due upon arrival.
  • Most credit cards, personal checks, traveler's checks and cash are accepted.
  • Check-in: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Call in advance for a late check-in time.
  • Checkout: 11 a.m.
  • If you must cancel, 70% of the reservation deposit will be refunded up to 10 days before the date reserved.
  • If we receive your cancellation notice within 10 days before the reservation date, your reservation deposit will be forfeited.
