This cookbook has been written by the Girton Family, who restored and operated the Inn in 1989.

Over the years all members of the Girton Family have shared in the cooking at The Angel and have gathered a collection of the 100 most loved and requested recipes by her guests. The recipes are divided into four categories, "Breakfast Entrees", "Baked Fruit", "Breads, Muffins and Coffee Cakes" and "Tea Time Goodies". All our recipes are prepared at the Inn with natural ingredients and loving care, making tasty meals and desserts you will want to serve your family and guests.
