Reservations Policies....
  • Note: a one-night stay may be possible any time, please call us to confirm.
    Rates are less for multiple nights stays. See Specials
  • 3rd Person in room add $50
  • The rates are based on double occupancy (2 persons in a room.)
  • Two night stay on weekends is preferred year round; except July, August and certain Holiday weekends which require a three day stay. A one-night stay is possible based on room availability. Please call.
  • An amount equal to a one-night rate is required to secure a reservation of two or more nights. The balance and tax is due upon check in.
  • Payment in advance for a one-night reservation. We must receive your deposit within 6 days of booking to secure your reservation.
  • We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
  • Sorry, no pets allowed.
  • We can accommodate children 12 years and older.
  • Smoking only on the open porch or garden areas.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Check in: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Checkout: 11:00AM
  • Reservations are taken between 10:00AM and 10:00PM daily. Call (609) 884-4717 or (800)-890-2287.
Cancellation Policies....
  • Small Bed & Breakfasts like us are greatly affected by cancellations. If you must cancel or change your reservation please notify us 21 days before your scheduled arrival. Your deposit, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded only if we are able to fill the entire vacant reservation. If we are unable to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation, you will be charged for one night.

    Any cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival will not be refunded.
