Rooms with Private Baths have both A/C and CCTV. Shared have A/C.
Suites have private deck and panoramic mountain and river views.

Due to the adult ambiance and antiques, we regret we cannot accommodate children under 12.

Minimum Stays:

Two night reservation is required on holiday weekends. A three night reservation is required on Columbus Day Weekend.
A one night or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) is required at the time of booking.

Deposit:

You may charge your deposit by Visa, MC, Discover or AmEx at the time booking with confirmation.

Cancellations:

If reservation is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to arrival, full refund; within 2 weeks of arrival, deposit refunded only if room is resold. In either case, a $10.00 service charge will be deducted from the deposit.
During Foliage & Holiday Weekends, a $25.00 service charge will be deducted from all cancellations within thirty days of arrival.

Whatever your needs for a special celebration, just ask when making your reservation.
The Wyatt House Country Inn can comfortably accommodate groups of 15 or less. Perfect for making your family reunions, Ski Groups or Special Get-Togethers!
