The Guest Cottage - Our newly furnished separate building offers a private haven behind the main house. Sunlit and spacious, it has a king-size bed and, in the living area, a big comfy leather sofa and two easy chairs. A gas fireplace adds ambiance. Refrigerator and wet bar, private deck, and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower.

The Suite - A two bedroom, two bathroom suite on the second floor. the main bedroom is oversized and has a king-size bed, sitting area, TV/VCR, and large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A separate sitting/bedroom has a queen-size sleep sofa and window seat, plus private bath with shower.
Rates: December-March @ $240; April-August @ $275; September-November @ $290

The White Room - A bright, spacious room on the second floor with a queen-size four poster bed and a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen-size bed. Plus, TV/VCR, in-room Internet connections, walk-in closet, and large private bath with shower/tub and two sinks.
Rates: December-March @ $195; April-August @ $225; September-November @ $240

The Yellow Room - A large third floor room going from the front to the back of the house with dormers and a large window seat. The king-size bed is nestled into a romantic sleeping alcove and the twin trundle bed provides comfy couch-like seating as well as extra sleeping. There is a TV/VCR in the room and office area with phone with data-port just outside the door. The private bath has a shower/tub.
Rates: December-March @ $175; April-August @ $200; September-November @ $215

The Green Room - A large third floor room going from the front to the back of the house with dormers and a large window seat. The bed is queen-size and comfortable furniture offers extra seating. The large bookcases contain lots of literature, plus TV/VCR. Just outside the door is an office area with phone and data port. The private bath has a shower/tub.
Rates: December-March @ $155; April-August @ $175; September-November @ $190

The Blue Room - An elegant room on the second floor with a beautiful queen-size cherry sleigh bed and writing desk plus two upholstered chairs and cable TV. The private bath has shower only (no tub).
Rates: December-March @ $135; April-August @ $150; September-November @ $165

Mid-week Corporate Rates (single occupancy, Sunday-Thursday evenings, we select the room): Rates: December-March @ $120; April-August @ $135; September-November @ $150

Terms & Conditions:

• Two-night minimum on weekends and during foliage season, or add 30% premium for a single night.
  
• All rates are double occupancy. Additional occupants (with advance notice) at $20 per person.
  
• Rates do not include the 8% NH Room & Meals Tax. Rates are subject change without notice.
  
• American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche accepted.
  
• One-night deposit required to hold reservation. Deposit is refundable only if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Notice of cancellation less than 7 days prior to your arrival will result in full charges being levied. Different terms may apply for mid-week, business reservations.
  
• Check-in between 4:00 and 9:00 p.m. or by arrangement. Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
  
• No smoking on premises.
  
• No guest pets. We have three dogs and three cats of our own you may visit with if you wish.
