The Guest Cottage - Our newly furnished separate building offers a private haven behind the main house. Sunlit and spacious, it has a king-size bed
and, in the living area, a big comfy leather sofa and two easy chairs. A gas fireplace adds ambiance. Refrigerator and wet bar, private deck, and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. Rates: December-March @ $280; April-August @ $295; September-November @ $310
The Suite - A two bedroom, two bathroom suite on the second floor. the main bedroom is oversized and has a king-size bed, sitting area, TV/VCR, and large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A separate sitting/bedroom has a queen-size sleep sofa and window seat, plus private bath with shower.
The White Room - A bright, spacious room on the second floor with a queen-size four poster bed and a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen-size bed. Plus, TV/VCR, in-room Internet connections, walk-in closet, and large private bath with shower/tub and two sinks.
The Yellow Room - A large third floor room going from the front to the back of the house with dormers and a large window seat. The king-size bed is nestled into a romantic sleeping alcove and the twin trundle bed provides comfy couch-like seating as well as extra sleeping. There is a TV/VCR in the room and office area with phone with data-port just outside the door. The private bath has a shower/tub.
The Green Room - A large third floor room going from the front to the back of the house with dormers and a large window seat. The bed is queen-size and comfortable furniture offers extra seating. The large bookcases contain lots of literature, plus TV/VCR. Just outside the door is an office area with phone and data port. The private bath has a shower/tub.
The Blue Room - An elegant room on the second floor with a beautiful queen-size cherry sleigh bed and writing desk plus two upholstered chairs and cable TV. The private bath has shower only (no tub). Mid-week Corporate Rates (single occupancy, Sunday-Thursday evenings, we select the room; includes a sumptuous breakfast): Rates: December-March @ $135; April-August @ $145; September-November @ $155

Terms & Conditions:
- We have a two-night minimum on weekends. If you request a single Friday or Saturday night, we require a 30% premium. But, please call us as we are able to waive the extra charge on some weekends.
- Our midweek business rate requires single occupancy. All other rates are double occupancy. Additional occupants (with advance notice) are charged $25 per person. Our rates include a sumptuous breakfast do not include the 8% NH Room & Meals Tax.
- We require a one-night deposit to guarantee a reservation and the balance is due before check-out. We accept all major credit cards, travelers checks, personal checks and cash. We have billing arrangements with Dartmouth College, the Mary Hitchcock Medical Center, and many of the local businesses. We accept Government Rate reservations.
- Check-in is between 3:00 and 10:00 pm. Please arrange to check-out by 11:00 am.
- Smoking is not permitted within the house.
- We do not accept guest pets in the main house as we have two dogs and three cats of our own. Due to the high incidence of pet allergies, we do not allow our pets into the B&B side of the house. Our pets stay on the family side and you are welcome to visit with them if you wish. The Ranch is an excellent "doggy daycare and spa" just two miles away that offers boarding options if you are traveling with your pet.
Cancellation Policy:
- There is a $25 processing charge for all cancellations.
- For reservations including weekends and holidays: Cancellation of all or any part of your reservation less than two weeks prior to your arrival date results in a one-night charge. If we are unable to rebook the entire stay, any unreserved nights will be charged at the full rate. Cancellation less than 72 hours in advance of the arrival date results in full charges for the entire reservation.
- For mid-week corporate reservations: (Sunday thru Thursday nights, single occupancy) Cancellation less than 72 hours in advance of the arrival date results in full charges for the entire reservation.
