• All rates are based on double occupancy and do not include 8% New Hampshire Room and Meals Tax.
• Coffee or tea is served to start your day, followed by a full gourmet breakfast in the dining room.
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of your reservation.
• Check, MasterCard or Visa are accepted. Should any damage occur to your room there will be an additional fee charged to your credit card.
• Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation up to 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• If you should have to cancel within the 2 week period, there will be a $25 per room, per night service fee.
• If you should have to cancel 48 hours or less before your scheduled arrival date, you may be charged in full if we are unable to reappoint your room.
• Check in time is between 2 and 6 p.m. Late arrivals are asked to please call ahead and advise us of the estimated arrival time. Check out time is 11 a.m.
• Each Additional Person - $20 per night.
