Built in 1871, the Silver Fountain Inn is a beautifully maintained 10-room victorian bed & breakfast inn located on Dover's historic Silver Street. Home to the Williams family for nearly a century, its elegant design remains an excellent example of the post Civil War era. The Silver Fountain Inn - Dover, New Hampshire

First settled in 1623, Dover is the oldest continuous settlement in the state and the seventh oldest in the nation. Dover's historic mills today house shops and restaurants, apartments and offices.
