| THE GRAPE ESCAPE Mid-week Tuesday-Thursday If you think all there is to New Hampshire are the mountains, you might want to take a second look. Nestled just a few minutes from the hustle of the city lie small New Hampshire towns with a wealth of natural treasures. Take a drive down our back roads and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Vineyards, orchards and country stores are but a few of the diversions offering a change of pace from the crowded malls and congested roads. From the fiery red and gold leaves of the fall landscape, the breathtaking scenery is truly a sight to behold. But there's so much more to take in than just the landscape. When you step off the beaten path, you never know what awaits you. Come with us down the roads less traveled and discover what lies ahead of you! With our two night package you can visit Jenness Farm, a family owned & operated goat farm producing the finest goat milk soaps and body care products. You'll travel to Flag Hill Winery and Distillery, an established winery in the picturesque town of Lee. Taste from a variety of NH made wines, stroll the vineyard, picnic on the grounds, or browse through the gift shop. Stop by DeMeritt Hill Farm for apple and pumpkin picking. There are picnic tables in the orchard and around the pond to enjoy your picnic. From there you'll visit an Calef's Country Store. Sample some aged cheddar cheese, or buy a pickle from the barrel. While you're there, stop in at Hampshire Pewter and the Little Lamb Quilt Shop. And don't miss the Christmas Dove for ideas for the upcoming holidays. Package includes 2 nights hearty breakfasts both mornings, the self-guided mapped tour of the Jenness Farm, Flag Hill Winery, DeMeritt Hill Farm, Calef's Country Store complex and the Christmas Dove.
