• The Inn does not meet the needs of children under 12 years of age. No pets.


• Rosewood Country Inn is a non-smoking inn.
  
• Check-in time 3-8:00 P.M. Check-out time 11:00 A.M.


• Deposit Policy - A 50% deposit required with reservations of three or more nights. Full payment in advance required for reservations of one or two nights.


• Cancellations: There are times when canceling is inevitable. Cancellations occurring 14 days or more prior to your arrival date will be assessed a $25 administrative fee.
  Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be charged.
  "Your guaranteed reservation constitutes a contract whereby we agree to forego all other reservations in order to accommodate you for the dates booked. You in turn agree to assume financial responsibility for those rooms being held for you. Should a cancellation for the entire time reserved, or a portion of the dates occur for any reason within the 14 day cancellation period, you are financially committed and will be charged in full."


• Rates are subject to the 8% NH Room & Meals Tax.


• Special Theme Weekends subject to a 15% gratuity.
