The Carriage House is spacious, unique and extremely comfortable. It comfortably sleeps 8 with plenty of room to entertain. Once home to the horses and carriages, the fully renovated and modernized Carriage House is spacious enough to accommodate a crowd in style. This home is perfect for a family reunion or business retreat. Enter into the huge (25' X 40') living room with 42" TV and Gas Fireplace. The open kitchen features an AGA gas stove and Butlers Pantry with 2 huge refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks. The dining table seats 10 and is adjacent to the French Doors to the patio with grill, a great place for morning coffee or cocktails.

The 2 master suites, on the 1st (king) and 2nd (queen) floors, feature sitting rooms and Luxurious Marble Baths with Jacuzzi Tubs and showers. The 3rd BR upstairs has king or twin beds and its own 1/2 bath. Catering services are available to make your entertaining a breeze, or cook in the gourmet kitchen. Ground Floor Suite, Handicap Accessible, King or Twin Beds, Huge Jacuzzi Tub for Two, Sitting Room.

The rate for each suite is $175 and the extra bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bath is $125. (I only rent to one party at a time, so the bathrooms are for your private use.)

Built at the turn of the Century in full Victorian Style the Porch House is an architectural gem featuring fresh yellow and white custom woodwork, three fireplaces and leaded pane built in cupboards. Front and back porches bring the outdoors in and make a great gathering place for family and friends. Original claw foot and pedestal bathtubs adorn the bathrooms and heart pine floors throughout create a warm and cozy space.

• The Moss Master Bedroom has a king or 2 twin beds, Victorian fainting couch and newly upholstered wall treatments. Ensuite bathroom has original claw foot bathtub. $125 per night
• The Pond View Bedroom has two walls of windows and a view of Cunningham Pond. Full sized bed and velvet love seat make this a cozy retreat for a single or couple. $95 per night
• The Cranberry Bedroom has two twin beds and is perfect for children who wish to stay close to their parents. The Cranberry bedroom is only rented when needed by parties booking the Moss and/or Pond View Bedrooms. $75 per night
