Squam Lake Inn is a century-old Victorian Farmhouse with eight private guestrooms. Guest rooms are newly decorated to reflect the lakes region area in a New England vintage theme. All of our guestrooms include private baths, fine linens, full breakfast, wireless internet and air conditioning. Room Rates for the 2008 season range from $155-$180.

Lilac Room: Sunny, upstairs room with queen bed that over looks wooded area. Room also features a private bath, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Little Squam: Upstairs room with Queen bed overlooks mahogany deck and red barn. Decorated in yellow, blues and reds. Room also features a private bath, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Lake Winnipesaukee: Upstairs room with King bed. Overlooks mahogany deck and red barn. Decorated in greens and blues with vintage oar and Lake Winnipesaukee memorabilia. Room also features a private bath, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Loon Room: Upstairs room with King bed. Overlooks mahogany deck and red barn. Decorated in water blue with black and cream accents. Private bath, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Bennett Cove: Downstairs room with Queen bed. Located at the end of wrap around porch with lots of windows. Room decorated in warm yellows, greens and reds. Room also features a large private bath w/shower/bath combination, ceiling fan and air conditioning. This room is handicap accessible. Holderness: Downstairs room with Queen bed. Decorated in traditional "Holderness" green and white. Room also features a large private bath w/shower/bath combination, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Squam Suite: Sunny upstairs suite with queen bed, gas fireplace, and seating area. Decorated in green, reds and yellows and overlooks the wooded grounds. Room also features a private bath with shower, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Chocorua Island: Upstairs suite with king bed, gas fireplace and cozy seating area. Decorated in red, sunset coral and yellows overlooking the front of the inn. Room also features a private bath with shower, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

  • Room Rates for the 2008 season range from $155-$180.
  • All rooms have private baths.
  • 8% NH rooms and meals tax not included
  • A $25 will be added to price for third person (only suites can accommodate extra person)
  • Rates subject to change without notice

Deposit:

  • A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required to confirm a reservation. For reservations of one night only, full payment in advance is required.

Cancellation:

  • In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be returned provided we are notified 14 days before scheduled arrival (less 10% Processing Fee). If cancelled less than 14 days, your entire deposit will be forfeited. The full rate will be charged if guests do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date or depart before the final date of guaranteed reservations. All deposits will be credited to the last night(s) of reserved time and will be forfeited in case of early departure.

    • Children over 10 welcome.
    • Pets are not permitted.
    • All rates are subject to 8% New Hampshire meals and rooms tax.
    • Visa and Mastercard Accepted
    • There is a $35 additional person charge. Only the Squam and Chocorua Suites will accommodate the additional person.
    • A two night minimum may apply to weekend reservations.
    • A three night minimum may apply on Holiday weekends.
