Olde Orchard Inn is nestled on the outskirts of rural Moultonborough in the northern section of New Hampshire's Lakes Region near Lake Winnipesaukee. Situated on 12 acres of orchards and fields, our bed and breakfast is the ideal setting for a quiet or romantic getaway, yet it is close to four-season indoor and outdoor activities and sophisticated dining. Filled with music and charm, the guest and public rooms retain the personality of our 18th century farmhouse, but offer most of the comforts of home.

| Start your day with a brisk morning walk to Lake Winnipesaukee, less than a mile down a quiet road, and return to a full country candlelit breakfast with ingredients from our orchard and locally roasted gourmet coffee. During the day our B&B is conveniently located to many lake, hiking and shopping activities. Golf, fishing and water sports, boutiquing, antiquing, horseback riding, concerts, skiing, hiking--all are close by. Rent a canoe or kayak and enjoy the quiet coves of Moultonborough Bay. Getting married? We are close to many beautiful wedding sites, both traditional and off-beat. |

Like the apples for which they are named, our nine distinctively different guestrooms allow you to satisfy you own individual tastes. All rooms offer private baths, robes, air conditioning and cable television.
Your price includes a full candlelit country breakfast each morning of your stay. Check-in is between 3PM and 8PM and checkout is 11AM. Guests will be charged for an additional day if they leave after 11:00AM. Summer and foliage weekends, special events (Bike Week, Camp Visiting and holidays) may have minimum stay requirements.
Space for a third person is available in Northern Spy only. Advance notice is required and an additional charge of $25 will apply. In other rooms, additional parties are not permitted to stay under any circumstance. Olde Orchard Inn is most suitable for adults and our minimum age for guests is 12. Sorry, no pets. |
