Rate includes lodging and choice of breakfast items off menu. All rates subject to 8% New Hampshire Rooms Tax Room rates for deluxe and oceanfront rooms are daily rates based on double occupancy. Single night stays based on availability. Single night rate is 2-night rate plus 10%. There is a $35 charge for an additional person sharing room. Rates are discounted by 10% during the following time periods: Pre-season (Memorial Day-3rd week in June; Late-season (Labor Day-Columbus Day). Listed rates for Seafood Festival (weekend after Labor Day). Cancellation policy: please notify in advance of 2 weeks. Check-in time is 2-7 p.m. Check-out time is by 11 am. Please call if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m. No check-ins after 10 p.m. The Oceanside is a SMOKE-FREE establishment. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises at any time. This includes outside decks. No pets Due to many breakable and irreplaceable items, the Inn is not appropriate for children. Rates subject to change without notice Open Memorial Day weekend to Columbus Day Reservations: All rooms are subject to availability; deposit required. Personal check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express accepted.
