Our first-floor, ADA-accessible room, has a queen bed, private bath, and boasts a fireplace, hardwood floors, and east-facing bay windows. Room Rate: $165, a night

The Connecticut Room
This is New England House's only room with a bathtub in its private bath; is outfitted with a queen size bed and a twin bed, and has an oversized closet and a table and two chairs for working or snacking. Room Rate: $175, a night

The Rhode Island Room
With an east-facing view the Rhode Island Room is cozy and warm. Room Rate: $155, a night

The Massachusetts Room
With a queen bed, has a small south-facing window seat. Its view looks eastward from our second story, toward Proctor's Carr Field and Andover's quaint downtown Main Street. Room Rate: $165, a night

The New Hampshire Room
On the second floor, this bright room has a queen-sized bed and a beautiful southwest view of the area's highest peak: Mt. Kearsarge. Room rate: $165, a night
