Choice Rooms - Rooms 9, 11 - Larger than the standard rooms, these rooms have a queen and a twin bed and private bathrooms with tub and shower (9, 11).

Shared Bathroom Rooms - Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 - Rooms 2, 3 & 4 share a bathroom and rooms 5 & 8 share a bathroom. When your party is too large for one room, these rooms can be a cost-effective way to travel.

Room 2 contains a queen bed and a private half-bath. It shares the shower on the hallway.

Room 3 has recently added new down comforters. It contains two twin beds and shares a bathroom on the hallway with two other bedrooms.

Room 5 features blue tones and hardwood floors for a peaceful feel. The room has both a queen and twin bed and can also accommodate a cot. It shares a bathroom on the hallway with one other bedroom.

Room 6 is a cheerful room with deep red tones and hardwood floors. It is a Standard Room and offers two twin beds and a private bathroom with a stall shower.

Room 7 features hardwood floors and green tones giving it a relaxing, "earthy" feel. The room is a Standard Room offering both a queen and twin bed and a private bathroom with a stall shower.

Room 10 is a cheerful room with hardwood floors and a big comfy chair. It is a Standard Room and offers a queen bed and a private bathroom across the hallway with a tub and shower.

Room 11, with its calm green and salmon tones, is one of our larger rooms. It is a Choice Room and offers a full private bathroom with a tub and shower. The room contains both a queen and a twin bed.

• Off-Season Weekends & Midweek (most of the year): $76 - $93.
• Weekends & Holidays (not Foliage season): $87 - $120.
• Foliage, New Years & Presidents Weekend: $120 - $175.
• Rates based on double occupancy. Deduct $10 per room for single occupancy, when available.
• Lodging rates include full breakfast.
• Rates are subject to 8% NH meals & room tax. Rates include a 10% gratuity.
• Additional adults in the room are charged $20 per person. Some rooms can accommodate a cot or futon.

• Reservations will be confirmed in writing upon the receipt of a 50% deposit. We do not overbook our rooms. We hold your reservation for those dates, turning others away for that time period. If you leave earlier than scheduled, you will be charged for the entire reservation unless we can rent the room to others.
• For deposit refunds, notice of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival. There is a 10% processing fee for cancellations.
• Check-in: 4:00 pm, earlier check-in is possible by arrangement. Please let us know if you plan on arriving after 10:00 pm so that we can make arrangements. Check-out: 10:30 am.
• We have a no smoking policy throughout the house. Guests may smoke on a section of the porch.
