 The Opera House Room is spacious and offers a large writing table with plenty of natural light. Relax in the deep two-person soaking tub or curl up in front of the cast iron gas stove from plush reclining chairs or the king size bed.

Pollyanna is a warm, comfortable room with a cast iron stove sitting tall for viewing from the king size bed or reclining reading chairs. The room features a captain's desk and handsome bureau, and the grand bathroom has a corner 2-person soaking tub with a waterfall spout.

Our largest room, the Riverwalk Bridge is over the porte-cochere and surrounded by windows on three sides. It has two queen size beds and can accommodate up to four adults. Here, too, you can enjoy the fire of a cast iron stove from your bed or the spacious seating area with reclining love seat or rocker. At the cherry secretary you can write that "Wish you were here…" note to family or friends. With nooks and crannies and lots of natural light, the bathroom looks quaint, but has plenty of space with a two-person soaking tub, two vanities, and a separate shower. Pollyanna Room

Policies...
  • Room rates are per night, single or double occupancy. Riverwalk Bridge can accommodate 4 people. Each extra person is an additional $35/night.
  • The 8% New Hampshire Meals and Room Tax is applied to all room rates.
  • Weekends and Fall Foliage... A two-night minimum may apply.
  • For all the men and women of the military services, in hopes that you can find time for some well-deserved R&R, we offer a discount of 20% at all times with appropriate ID.
  • No advance deposits are required (only a credit card guarantee).
  • Full payment due upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, cash.
  • We have a two-week cancellation policy with no cancellation fee charged. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice, no charge will be incurred provided the room is rebooked. Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, and those who fail to show, are responsible for entire stay.
  • The Mount Eustis Inn and grounds are non-smoking. We also are not suitable for children.
  • We are unable to accommodate pets. Please ask about nearby kennel services.
  • Check-in: 3:00 - 9:00 pm, later check-ins may be arranged in advance. Check-out: 11:00 am.
