Cancellations:
Deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is received with at least a 15 days' advance notice and 30 days for high season, holidays, and for groups of 3 or more rooms. We will refund your deposit, less a service charge of 10% of your total reservation. Cancellations made outside the 15/30 day period will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook the room, we will refund the rebooked portion, less a 10% service charge.
