Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is received with at least a 15 days' advance notice and 30 days for high season, holidays, and for groups of 3 or more rooms. We will refund your deposit, less a service charge of 10% of your total reservation. Cancellations made outside the 15/30 day period will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook the room, we will refund the rebooked portion, less a 10% service charge. |

Warner, situated in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region of New Hampshire and in the western part of Merrimack County, is eighteen miles northwest of Concord via Interstate 89 or NH Route 103. The village is pleasant and picturesque with neatness and thrift evident in all the surroundings. Mount Kearsarge, at 2937 feet above sea level, is the highest point in Merrimack County and the third tallest peak south of the White Mountains, The 360 degree panorama from the summit includes the White Mountains, Green Mountains, New Hampshire and Maine coasts and the tallest buildings in Boston. |
