A Bed & Breakfast in the English tradition; vacation accommodations in a
private home.
The Briggs, after being in the hospitality business for
forty years, have ‘retired’ and are now welcoming a limited number of
guests to their home. Close to the village but in a residential area,
Locust Hill has pleasant grounds, gardens, and swimming pool.
Locust Hill
has one large suite which will accommodate from one to six
persons. There are three bedrooms, a private bath, guests’ living room
with cable TV and the breakfast room. A full country breakfast is served
each morning. We are smoke-free.
Rates:
Double occupancy $65-$80
Single occupancy $65-$80
3 persons, two rooms $100-$120
4 persons, two rooms $130-$160
Living Room
Any season is a good time to visit Locust Hill. In the summer, there are many attractions in the valley, as well as the White Mountain National Forest for walking. hiking or climbing. Or, you can just relax by our pool. In the winter, you’re able to ski either cross country or down hill within 5 minutes of Locust Hill. Year round the shopping is great!

Deposit of one night's lodging will be charged to your credit card upon making the reservation.
Reservation may be canceled up to 14 days before it is due to commence, and the deposit less a $25 handling fee will be returned.
Within the 14 day period, the deposit is non-refundable unless the accommodations are rented.
Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in will require the reservation to be charged in full.
Driving Directions: Upon arriving in North Conway, turn at the traffic light on to Kearsarge Road, and follow it till you reach 267 Kearsarge Road. Locust Hill is a big white house with red shutters.
