Hanover is a town along the Connecticut River in Grafton County, New Hampshire, and has many cozy B&Bs for a relaxing weekend stay. To get the most out of your stay in the area, plan ahead to ensure that you have room at a Hanover bed and breakfast for popular local events. Busy times include the Dartmouth Commencement Weekend, which occurs every May. Be sure to book extra early because the family of graduating students come to town to be enjoy the festivities and ceremony. June is also a time to book far in advance so that you can enjoy the Quechee Hot Air Balloon Festival & Crafts Fair with lots of local vendors and picturesque hot air balloons dotting the sky. Don't think that May and June are the only times to visit Hanover, however.
