• Junior Suites with Whirlpool/Fireplace: $199 - $229.
• Bedrooms with Fireplace: $169 - $189.
• Room with Queen Bed: $139 - $159.
• All rooms have private bath, air conditioning, LCD TV, DVD players and iPod radios.
• Rates are subject to 8% New Hampshire rooms and meals tax.
• Gourmet breakfast for two, afternoon refreshments, and evening wine & hors d' oeuvres are included in room rate.
• Third Person - $30 extra
• One night's deposit is required to confirm reservations.
• Two night's deposit is required for bookings of four or more nights.
• Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation up to 21 days before your expected arrival date.
• Should you need to cancel more than 21days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit, less a $30 fee per room.
• Cancellations made within 21 days of your expected arrival date will be charged in full unless we are able to re-sell your room.
• Visa, MasterCard, and Traveler's checks are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.
• Four suites are pet friendly.
• No smoking in buildings.
• Check-in 3 - 7:00 p.m.; Checkout 11 a.m.
• WiFi is available throughout the inn.
• A complimentary DVD library is available.
