• All rooms have private bath, are air-conditioned, have cable TV/DVD and are smoke-free.
• Gourmet breakfast for two, afternoon refreshments, and evening wine & hors d' oeuvres are included in room rate.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by payment of at least one night's rate by credit card.
• All rates are based on double occupancy.
• There is a charge of up to $30 per night for each additional person in a bedroom or suite.
• Children under two are accommodated free of charge.
• All rates are subject to 8% New Hampshire room and food tax.
• Low season rates apply from November 1st to mid May.
• High season rates apply from mid May to mid September.
• Peak period rates apply from mid September to end October and during some holiday weekends.
• Cancellations impact us significantly due to our limited size. Consequently, we adhere to a strict 21-day cancellation policy. Unless we are able to resell the room, cancellations - for any reason - with less than 21 days notice will be charged in full.
• Late arrivals or early departures are also charged in full unless we receive 21 days notice.
• Peak season and some holiday weekend periods require a 30-day cancellation period.
• A two-night minimum applies to some weekend reservations.
• Selected weekends are subject to a three-night minimum. Please ring the innkeepers to see if a two or three night stay is required for your preferred weekend.
• Visa, MasterCard, Traveler's Checks and cash are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.
• Four suites are pet friendly.
• We are a Non-Smoking facility. NH law prohibits smoking inside inn buildings. Non-compliance will result in a $250 cleaning fee and any additional costs for lost revenue.
• Check-in 3 - 7 p.m.; Check-out 11 a.m.
• WiFi is available throughout the inn.
• A complimentary DVD library is available.
