Our largest accommodation. Located on the second floor, this bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a twin bed. Spacious and comfortable sitting area. Antique desk. Large private full bath with separate adjoining dressing area and sink. Flat screen TV. Fantastic view of the gardens and pastures. $160 per night double occupancy. (Additional charge for three or more guests).

Two room first floor suite with private three-quarter bathroom. Bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, writing table and flat screen TV. Adjoining sunroom has a pull out sofa bed. And a lovely view of the horses. $160 per night double occupancy. (Additional charge for three or more guests).

One room on the second floor, equipped with a queen bed, flat screen TV, desk/bookcase. Bathroom is separate. $100 per night double occupancy.

Rent All Three Rooms

You may rent all three rooms for $360/per night for up to 6 persons.

• All room rates are for single or double occupancy
• Rates do not include an 8% NH Room and Meals tax
• 2-night minimum is required
• A deposit of one night's lodging is required at the time a reservation is made and the balance is due at check-in.
• Please confirm your reservation on Master Card, Visa or personal check.
• Pets are allowed only with advance permission from the Innkeepers. (There are two dogs on the premises)
• Smoking is allowed only on the outside porches.
• Check-in is between 2 and 8 PM. Please call us if you expect to be later.
• Check-out time: by 11 a.m.
• 48 hour cancellation notice is required. You will be charged one night's stay with less than a 48 hour cancellation notice.
