Cancellation Policy
  • To confirm your reservations Federal House Inn will charge at time of reservation a minimum of 1 night stay or 50% of your stay.
  • If you cancel MORE THAN 72 hours prior to your reservation, Federal House Inn will refund your deposit for a future stay.
  • If you cancel within 72 hours, you are responsible for the entire amount of your stay. In the event that we are able to re-rent the room, we will issue you a gift certificate for the amount of your deposit minus $25 per room per night cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation fee subject to seasonal variations.
  • Please Note that your RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED until you receive a conformation letter and number from Federal House Inn. Thank you.
  • Check In: 3-7 PM; Check Out by: 11 AM
