Inn at Crystal Lake & Restaurant

Some of the many features of the Inn at Crystal Lake include: Comfortable guest rooms - each with a private bath, cable TV/VCR, CD/radio (we have a large video and CD collection for you to borrow during your stay - Tim was a classical voice major in college, so the collection emphasizes opera and classical music), hair dryer and air conditioning. Hearty breakfasts are always included in our rates - whether here at the inn or at the nearby Eaton Village Store - your day is sure to be started off on the right foot.

Room rates for lodging are based on double* (two persons) occupancy and include lodging and a full country breakfast**. Each of our comfortable rooms has a private bath, telephone*** (unlimited, free local calls), cable TV/VCR, CD/radio, hair dryer and air conditioning.

*Except for the Family Suite for which the rate includes two adults and up to three children.
**Although Bobby's breakfasts are very popular, on some Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays breakfast is at the nearby Eaton Village Store - just order what you want and they bill us. And since they serve breakfast until 11 am, you can sleep in if you want!
***Our area currently does not have cell phone coverage - we suggest purchasing a calling card to use during your visit.

Named after the inn's original owner, Nathaniel Palmer, the Inn at Crystal Lake's Palmer House Pub has been recognized by The Boston Globe as a perfect spot to relax with a drink and some delicious food (perhaps a bowl of Tim's award-winning chili). Take a seat at the gorgeous walnut bar that originally came from Boston's Ritz-Carlton. In the summer, a seat out on the patio with a glass of wine might be the perfect way to end the day. Attending a show at the Stone Mountain Arts Center? Come on in for dinner beforehand - we're one of the closest restaurants to the Arts Center - only 15-20 minutes door to door!

• A minimum two-night stay is required on most weekends and may also be required during certain holidays and peak periods.
• Rates vary according to season, holidays, and special weekends and are subject to change without notice.
• The Inn at Crystal Lake and its property are completely non-smoking. Should you choose not to honor this policy, we have an additional $250 cleaning charge that will be billed to your account.
• We have one room in which we allow well-trained dogs (sorry, no cats) - please call or E-mail us for details.
• Although our inn is best suited to adults, we welcome well-behaved children twelve* and older (*we do make exceptions for special family weekends, like school vacations or camp drop-off/pick-up).
• Check in time Wednesday through Sunday is 3 - 10 PM (if your arrival time will be after 10 PM, kindly let us know so that we can make appropriate arrangements).
• Check in time Monday and Tuesday is 3 - 6 PM (if your arrival time will be after 6 PM, kindly let us know so that we can make appropriate arrangements).
• Check out time is 11 AM (there is a $50 charge if you require a late check out).
• We are unable to hold a room without a deposit equal to one night's stay or 50% of the total for a one night's stay.
• Refund of a deposit will be made if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, you will be responsible for the entire cost of your room unless we are able to re-rent your room to another guest.
• During peak foliage season and holidays, we require 30 days notice for any cancellations.
• No shows on scheduled arrival dates and departures earlier than scheduled will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total bill.
