Experience the charm of a cozy 18th century bed and breakfast steeped rich in history, all within view of a country pond and the Pemigewasset River. Built in 1764, this year-around retreat is tastefully restored and furnished with antiques with period accents. The inn is the ideal destination for any 4-season mountain and lakes activities that are all within minutes of the inn, plus our location is perfect for travelers to Plymouth State University, The Holderness School, antiquing, shopping, fine dining, local festivals and more! All six of our 2nd floor guest rooms have in-room private baths and include: Full homemade country breakfast for two, featuring fresh baked muffins, pancakes, French toast, quiche, omelets, juices, NH maple syrup and the freshest custom roasted coffee in the area. Breakfast is served from 8 - 9:30 am, and fresh coffee available from 6:30 am for early risers.

  • Rates range from $110 - $125.
  • NH Room & Meals Tax of 8% will be added to all rates.
  • Rates subject to change, please inquire.
  • Payments can be made by cash, personal check, VISA or MasterCard.
  • If a reservation is canceled with at least 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 service charge, but can be credited at the completion of a future stay.
  • If the cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-rented.
  • Check-in: 4 - 7 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Check-out: 10:30 am.
