Elegant 4-poster queen bed with luxurious linens and romantic two-person whirlpool and private bathroom with two-person dual rainwater showers. Two wing chairs in a seating area overlook the traditional fireplace with mantle. CD/DVD/TV and DVD library. French door opening onto a deck directly to the in-ground swimming pool. The perfect suite for a romantic visit to the inn. $249 - $279/night

• For each additional person add $20 per night.
• Subject to 8% NH room tax.
• Some holidays, special events or foliage weekends have 2 or 3-night minimums
• Carriage House Suites I and II have a two-night minimum on the weekend.
• Cash, checks, Discover, MC, Visa, Diners and AMEX accepted.
• Reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to one nights stay.
• For stays longer than two nights we require a deposit of one half the reservation total.
• If you cancel a confirmed reservation 7 days PRIOR to your arrival date we will gladly refund your deposit less a $25 processing fee.
• Some special events or group bookings require a 14 day or 30 day cancellation policy.
• If you cancel WITHIN the cancellation date the deposit is forfeited.

• No pets.
• The Colby Hill Inn is appropriate for guests over the age of 7.
• We are a smoke-free inn. Guests may smoke in our garden or porch areas.
