• Room Rates range from $129-$240 per room, per night, plus tax, based on double occupancy.
• Some of our rooms can accommodate an extra person with an additional charge of $30 per night, plus tax.
• Check in: 3 - 8 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made; Check out: 11 am.
• From June 1st through October 31st, there is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends, also on some of our Package Special Weekends.
• Some weekends require a 3-night minimum.
• To guarantee your reservations, full payment is required for reservations of 1 night, and a 50% deposit is required for 2 or more nights.
• A deposit will be taken at the time reservations are made.
• We accept all major credit cards.
• Deposits will be refunded on all reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to your arrival, minus a $20 administrative fee, per room.
• Less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
• There are no refunds for arrivals later or for an early departure.
• No Shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• No pets. No smoking.
• We are unable to accommodate children under 12.
