Brookhirst Farm Bed & Breakfast is an enchanting 200 year old restored farmhouse with an incredible view of the entire Presidential Mountain Range. The secluded property and house are surrounded by 50 acres of woods, waterfalls, and a huge field including a large trout pond.

Your accommodations include a private entrance to Guest Bedroom Suite with fireplace, an adjoining study, large private bath with Cedar Sauna. The Study offers full mountain views with an additional fireplace. Your granite terrace is the perfect spot for watching the sunset or hosting a barbeque. Also available, our adjoining Brook Room including full bath & double bed for additional Suite guests. Suite includes Refrigerator & color TV. Suite Rate: $65.00 - $85.00 (Seasonal) Per night including breakfast. Brook Room Rate: $50.00 Per night including breakfast.

For on site activities, we have a 30 Acre field with stocked trout pond. Bring your catch back to the house and cook it for dinner! We also offer spectacular full panoramic view of the Presidentials Mountains which is a prime location for weddings, under the big tent, from 2-200....we like to make your day special!!
