If you are looking for a romantic B&B in New England, try giving Bristol, New Hampshire a try. The town is located in Grafton County, in the North West corner of the state. You can use a Bristol bed and breakfast to explore nearby cities as well. You might want to take a drive to nearby New Hampton to take a tour of the New Hampton Hatchery, where thousands of fish are hatched each year. You may also wish to travel to Hebron at the end of June for their annual Naturally Newfoundland Fair, which features rides, vendors, and outdoor entertainment. Of course there is no better reason to take advantage of a Bristol inn than to see the natural beauty of the area itself. You may wish to visit the Pemigewasset River, which has fishing, swimming, and a boat launch. Also nearby is Profile Falls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the entire state. However, when the sun goes down, the fun can continue as the town has several great restaurants. One fine example is the Homestead, which is in a renovated Colonial Style home with old fashioned favorites filling the menu. If you are looking for a special night out, try the Pasquaney Restaurant & Wild Hare Tavern for elegant dining, looking over the beautiful lake.
